On Zombies and Superheroes.

I'm too tired to write a full blog just now. I promise with all my heart that I will very soon. I can, however, at least tell you that Zombieland, while humorous, simply doesn't cut it for me. Jesse Eisenberg is a Michael Cera wannabe typecast who brings the awkward "charm" on in overdoses, while the other characters neither show real depth nor give us the slightest inclination to care about their well being. The best part is Billy Murray's death. If you want real zombie movies, watch 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, Resident Evil, or Dawn of the Dead. Those are movies about survival.

I do enjoy watching movies with other people and tonight made me excited to get to know some of the freshmen on my hall. They seem friendly, if not overly enthusiastic. And one of them laughs like a horse on Ritalin, which sounds like it would be annoying but really is just amazingly funny.

Also, the movie Kick-Ass is good, albeit foul-mouthed. That is all.
